Title: Work Release Program (WRP)

Description: Inmates as part of their debt to society, shall partake in no less than 8 hours of community service daily. This will provide not only a public service, but it will serve as a much needed constructive, controlled and structured outdoor activity. The WRP will operate in several areas of the community (agriculture, landscaping, and industrial). All inmates must wear restraints, and proper prison issued attire. They will be supervised by no less than 2 armed guards for every 5 prisoners.

Work Camp #66-6 has been abandoned. Ten inmates are unaccounted for, 5 have been found dead in the cornfield and greenhouse. The two guards on duty have been found dead. Human remains were mutilated to such an extent that they could not be identified. Missing inmates were presumed dead.

The area has been sealed off. Sightings of scarecrows wearing prison uniforms have been claimed but not verified. Sgt Robert Sheppard states " I saw one of the scarecrows, he came at me with a scythe". His claims were dismissed as madness. Sgt. Sheppard has been diagnosed as delusional. He has undergone a simple surgical procedure known as a frontal lobe lobotomy.
